"Fantastic shopping experience!"
I placed an order for a large, quite heavy projector screen after chatting with PP on the phone about my worries regarding getting a 28kg narrow screen to my second-floor flat. I really didn’t want them just dropping it off on the ground floor and leaving me in a bind without any assistance.
After receiving some solid advice, I went ahead and ordered. The DHL delivery guy was super helpful; he just lifted it up the stairs without any hassle and even assisted me in getting it into my living room without any complaints or needing to be asked. Awesome service!

"Utterly appalling"
Truly appalling, the way Oliver, the managing director, behaves is just revolting. I reached out with a question about a product, but his manner was simply outrageous and quite sarcastic. I'd steer clear if I were you; if the team operates like this, I wouldn't hold my breath for anything good from the company or its offerings.

"Absolutely Adore It"
I absolutely adore it! It's small and, honestly, pretty adorable. Super easy to bring along to family and friends' places to show off our holiday photos by projecting them onto their living room walls. Plus, it does a fantastic job at what I intended it for, which is projecting my drawing outlines onto my sketch paper. I found out from the awesome support team that you can just hook up the projector to your iPad using the power cord and plugging the USB end into the projector's USB port. Before this, I was using iMirror.

I purchased a Pico Genie Impact 2.0 Projector from Personal Projector LTD through this company. It needed to be sent to Belgium - Europe. Everything went smoothly, it showed up safe and functions wonderfully. So, I’m a satisfied customer of this business.
